The Academy Rehearsing

Congleton Choral Academy is a new and exciting non-auditioned choir for men and women who wish to start singing, polish existing skills or return to singing after a break.

The aims of the choir are:

  • to encourage voice development in a variety of musical styles
  • to provide you with a basic understanding of musical scores
  • to develop and improve your performance skills through increased musical confidence
  • to create a love of singing in a choir

  • As well as providing sheer enjoyment, the health benefits of singing in a choir are well documented. This recent article in the Daily Telegraph tells you more.

    Sessions are held weekly on Mondays from 6.15pm to 7.15pm
    at Trinity Methodist Church, 7-9 Wagg Street, Congleton. Click for map.

    Costs are £4 per session payable termly

    All Ages from 18 upwards ~ All Abilities ~ No Audition

    Come and join us for a free taster session.

    We are sure you will gain increased pleasure and confidence in your singing through exposure to expert coaching, a basic knowledge of how music works and an increased understanding of your own voice.
